Oikos B (Superior villa)
OIKOS B is a 215 sq. m. house that accommodates up to twelve (12) guests.
On the first floor there is a sitting room with an open-air kitchen, together with a dining space. On the same floor there is a second, smaller, sitting room with a “closet like” kitchen and one more dining space.
Two baths with a shower are in the same floor. In both sitting rooms there are sofas that easily transform to double beds.
Two double bedrooms with a bath and a shower are also situated at the ground floor.
On the second floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, offering a beautiful sea and mountain view respectively. In the main bedroom there is a hydromassage on the private balcony and a bathroom. Curtains provide the shade for all rooms of this house.
The kitchens are fully equipped, and has all modern electrical appliances.
